SCHC is currently accepting proposals from qualified individuals, organizations, and firms with expertise in architectural and structural plans to collaborate with SCHC staff on the design and construction of a secure garage to store SCHC’s Mobile Health Clinic. Contractor shall be responsible for all costs incurred in responding to this RFP. Due to funding requirements related to this project, time is of the essence in all respects.
